1. A method comprising:
(a) operating an ultrasonic transducer to transmit acoustic energy at a series of transmission frequencies into a chamber; (b) receiving, with the ultrasonic transducer, reflected acoustic energy from the chamber; (c) determining an optimized transmit frequency, wherein the optimized transmit frequency is a transmit frequency that produces a minimized value of the reflected acoustic energy from the chamber; and (d) operating the ultrasonic transducer to transmit acoustic energy at the optimized transmit frequency into the chamber.
