The inner layer comprises a first fluoropolymer in an amount of from about 80 to about 99 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the inner layer. The inner layer also comprises an anti-static additive in an amount of from about 1 to about 20 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the inner layer. The layered tube also includes an outer layer surrounding the inner layer. The outer layer comprises a second fluoropolymer in an amount greater than 50 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the outer layer. The second fluoropolymer may be the same as, or different than, the first fluoropolymer.
