A data structure of virtual sensor metadata that defines information pertaining to a virtual sensor that generates and outputs new sensor data on the basis of input sensor data obtained from another sensor. The data structure includes: target region data that indicates the position or the region in which the virtual sensor is to perform sensing; classification data that indicates the classification of the virtual sensor or the classification of the sensor data output by the virtual sensor; and sensor identification data that specifies at least one other sensor that obtains the input sensor data. |
