METHOD FOR SENDING UPLINK DATA, BASE STATION, USER EQUIPMENT, AND COMMUNICATION NETWORK

Disclosed are a method for sending uplink data, a base station, a user equipment, and a communication network. The method provided by an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a base station divides an uplink data channel into a plurality of uplink resource blocks that are in mutual orthogonality; the base station generates first notification information that is used for indicating downlink control channels corresponding to the uplink resource blocks and determined by the base station; and the base station sends the first notification information to a user equipment, so that the user equipment monitors the downlink control channels to select a target uplink resource block used for sending uplink data and send the uplink data through the target uplink resource block. In this embodiment, due to the fact that the base station divides the uplink data channel into a plurality of uplink resource blocks, the sending method in this embodiment can well support small data packets and therefore high efficiency is achieved when network loads are light.
