The present invention relates to the technical field of communications. Disclosed are a power distribution method and device. The method comprises the following steps: combining a power level list of a first terminal and a power level list of a second terminal to generate a power level mapping table, the power level list of the first terminal and the power level list of the second terminal being determined according to power levels of a base station and carrier-supported transmit power values; and selecting a pair of power levels from the generated power level mapping table, and adjusting the transmit power of the first terminal and the transmit power of the second terminal according to the selected pair of power levels. |
