The present invention relates to a hydrogel-based three-dimensional cell co-culturing microfluidic device. The hydrogel-based three-dimensional cell co-culturing microfluidic device comprises (a) a barrier formed with a hydrogel having gelatin and an acryl polymer mixed; and (b) a scaffold formed with a collagen hydrogel. According to the present invention, the hydrogel-based three-dimensional cell co-culturing microfluidic device is used as an important tool for division environment control and co-culture of a cell.
