摘要 The present invention relates to a polypeptide specifically binding to an extracellular domain of a human epidermal growth factor receptor, a polynucleotide coding the polypeptide, an expression vector containing the polynucleotide, and a recombinant microorganism introduced with the expression vector, and a method for producing the polypeptide by using the recombinant microorganism. The polypeptide of the present invention is capable of binding to the human epidermal growth factor receptor with high affinity comparable to a monoclonal antibody which is conventionally used widely for the treatment, and inhibiting the activity thereof, and is useful in the development of a formulation for preventing or treating various diseases associated with overexpression of the human epidermal growth factor receptor.
