PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film having lubricating oil retention performance that has high heat resistance of a particle contained in the coating film and even when used under high temperature environment, has excellent oil retention performance and can keep high slidability.SOLUTION: The polyurethane polyurea composite crosslinked particle for a member for transport machine is a particle having polyurea present in the surface thereof and comprising a reaction product of a multifunctional isocyanate component including a di- or more-functional self-emulsification type isocyanate with a polycarbonate polyol or a polyether polyol having a ring structure. The polyurethane polyurea composite crosslinked particle has a crosslinking density of not less than 1×10mol/g. The sliding member has a coating film having lubricating oil retention performance formed on the surface of a substrate. The coating film having lubricating oil retention performance includes a plurality of polyurethane polyurea composite crosslinked particles for a member for transport machine and a binder resin binding the polyurethane polyurea crosslinked particles with each other.
