PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an existing pipe reclamation member of a single unit single component and a single unit single component piping member manufactured and molded without initially preparing a uniform thickness original pipe or a hollow columnar original pipe and without using a molding die used and combined for a bulge processing and the like in which a path of member axial center ranging from its starting point to a final point goes on a plurality of coordinate planes crossing to each other, the member is manufactured and molded without using all connecting means or adhesion means such as melt deposition or adhesion and bonding a thick reinforcing segment, the member comprises a plurality of straight pipes and a plurality of bent segments, the straight pipe segments including start points of member piece end start and reach the final point of the member while less than four times and more than five times of combinations of the bent segments and straight pipes are repeated, and these members have not been filed as a patent application and the thick steel pipe member cannot be processed with bulge processing.SOLUTION: This invention relates to means for providing various kinds of members of a single unit single component manufactured and molded without initially preparing a uniform thick original pipe or hollow columnar original pipe and without using molding dies used and combined for a bulge processing and the like. |
