PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a positive restriction of twisting vibration to three different twisting resonance frequencies.SOLUTION: An annular mass body 3 is fixed to an outer circumference of a rotating shaft 31 through a central resilient body 4. When an electrical power is supplied from the first electrical power transmission segment 21L fixed to a vehicle body toward the first electrical power receiving segment 10L of the mass body 3, the first electromagnetic coil 11L in the mass body 3 is electrically energized, the first magnetic powders 13L are connected like a chain along a magnetic flux 14L and solidified, the first connecting segment 9L is connected to the mass body 3 and the first additional mass 6L is integrally rotated with the mass body 3. When an electrical power is supplied from the second electrical power transmission part 21R fixed to the vehicle body to the second electrical power receiving segment 10R of the mass body 3, the second electromagnetic coil 11R is electrically energized, the second magnetic powders 13R are connected like a chain along a magnetic flux 14R, the second connecting part 9R is connected to the mass body 3 and the second additional mass 6R is integrally rotated with the mass body 3. |
