PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanning device in which a scanning locus is not disturbed.SOLUTION: An optical scanning device 1 includes: a reflection portion 3 including a reflection surface 19 that reflects an optical beam, and an inner driving portion 17 that causes the reflection surface 19 to perform torsional vibration about a B shaft 21 by flexural deformation; and an outer driving portion 9 that causes the reflection portion 3 to perform torsional vibration about an A shaft 18 crossing the B shaft 21 by flexural deformation. The outer driving portion 9 is formed into a plate shape and is provided with first and second ribs 57 and 58 extending in a direction along the A shaft 18. |
