System and Method for Prioritized Wireless Network Communication

A Point to Node based prioritized wireless communication system that comprises a mobile surveillance applicable device such as a smartphone and a node of a wireless network surveillance security system through a prioritized communication protocol. It is faster and more reliable than the Node to Node method of the prior art, and is capable of faster response to emergencies and of faster and more secured acquisition of real time scene evidences.

1. A prioritized wireless networking communication system comprising:
a wireless networking node as part of a wireless networking system and a mobile communication device, wherein the node and the mobile communication device use a prioritized communication protocol comprising prioritized data and voice communication services, including prioritized connection between the node and the device, prioritized routing scheme, prioritized connection to the destination device and temporary emergency data buffering by the node of the received data from the mobile communication device; the mobile communication device comprises ordinary state and security guard state, and the security guard state further comprises an alert step and an alarm step, wherein the mobile communication device selectively acquire, processes, and packages one or more items of sensor data including video, image, voice, GPS, thermostats data, lux meter data, gyro data into data packets and transmits the data packets via the wireless channel to the node according to the prioritized wireless communication protocol, and the node prioritizes routing the received data and concurrently stores the data in an emergency temporary buffer in its local resources or the data buffer resources of the network.
