A pallet and a packaging case. The pallet and a plurality of packaging boxes (2) are stacked and then are fixed, and grooves (211) are formed in a bottom surface (21) of each packaging box. The pallet comprises a pallet top surface (11) assembled on the packaging box (2), a pallet bottom surface (12), and pallet outer side walls (13) disposed between the pallet top surface (11) and the pallet bottom surface (12). The pallet top surface (11) comprises a pallet sunken portion (111) with the opening upward and pallet protrusion mounting faces (112), wherein the pallet sunken portion (111) is formed by sinking towards the pallet bottom surface (12), and the pallet protrusion mounting faces (112) are formed on the periphery of the pallet sunken portion (111). At least one pallet protrusion (113) buckled to the groove (211) in the bottom surface (21) of the packaging box (2) is disposed on each pallet protrusion mounting face (112). The pallet and the packaging case have the packaging and bearing function, and stability of the packaging boxes can be improved after the packaging boxes are stacked to form the packaging case. Damage to liquid crystal panels during the transportation is reduced.
