Provided is a mobile communications system which can protect privacy related to that a terminal is located in a coverage of which base station. By encrypting and transferring a certification result on a network, the terminal included in the provided mobile communications system prevents an attacker from figuring out a specific content of the certification result even when the attacker steals the certification result and a certification request message.
