PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable reuse of identification information by kinetically assigning the identification information associated with a phone calling destination (called destination) to utilize resource of the identification information and prevent resource depletion thereof, and enable an advertisement information distribution which is further effective for a user who contacts with advertisement information.SOLUTION: An advertisement information distribution device comprises: identification information posting means which explicitly or implicitly posts identification information associated with a sponsor on an advertising medium with first advertisement information; phone calling reception means which receives a phone calling to a phone calling destination number (origination destination number) based on the identification information; phone calling connection means by which the phone calling is connected to a phone calling destination telephone set device; phone calling source number acquisition means which acquires a phone calling source number (origination source number) through Internet or the telephone network; advertisement information distribution means which distributes second advertisement information to the phone calling source number; and association change means which releases the association of the sponsor with the identification information and associates another sponsor different from the sponsor with the identification information.
