PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chat estimation system and a chat inquiry system capable of achieving business negotiation by chat while protecting especially personal information, and then selecting one undertaker from among a plurality of undertakers by performing estimation.SOLUTION: A chat estimation system includes: an application server 2 having a manager program, an undertaker program and a user program; a radius server 4 for login management; manager information data; and user information data. The chat estimation system is configured to make an answer with estimation information to an inquiry provided by a user, and to select one undertaker while receiving estimation from a plurality of undertakers, and to block inquiries from the other undertakers. |
