PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-use beverage production system for making carbonated soft drink in general homes.SOLUTION: A beverage production system comprises: a beverage raw material liquid supply part including a pump 13; a cartridge chamber 3 holding a cartridge in which the cartridge has first and second chambers, the first chamber houses a carbon dioxide source 41 and the second chamber houses a beverage intermediate material 42; a storage container 11 into which raw material liquid 2 from the pump 13 and carbon dioxide gas from the cartridge chamber 3 are supplied, and which dissolves carbon dioxide gas into the raw material liquid 2 to saturate carbon dioxide into the raw material liquid 2; and a mixing chamber which mixes the beverage intermediate material 42 from the cartridge and the raw material liquid 2 from the storage container 11 to create beverage, in which the system is constituted to inject pressured gas into the second chamber of the cartridge, and discharge the beverage intermediate material 42 from the second chamber. |
