PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection technique capable of evaluating manufacturing quality of a solid oxide fuel cell in manufacturing the solid oxide fuel cell.SOLUTION: An inspection device for a solid oxide fuel cell includes: an AE sensor 3 mounted on a solid oxide fuel cell; an AE signal acquisition section 30 configured to acquire a signal from the AE sensor 3 in a situation where a temperature load is applied on the solid oxide fuel cell; and an AE evaluation section 40 configured to evaluate the occurrence of cracks in the solid oxide fuel cell on the basis of the AE signal. |
