PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device of an electrode and a manufacturing method of an electrode which can surely separate a portion after cutting, in the case where a belt-like body including a metal foil is cut by an upper blade and a lower blade during rotation.SOLUTION: A cutting device 4 includes a first cutting part 11. By an upper blade 11a and a lower blade 11b of the first cutting part 11 continuously coming into contact, a belt-like electrode S1 is cut along a cutting line L. In normal time, an end material S1a is cut from a belt-like electrode S2; however, in peripheral edge parts 11c, 11d of the upper blade 11a and the lower blade 11b, for example, when deterioration such as wear and the like occurs, by auxiliary blades 12a, 12b of a second cutting part 12 provided at the position of the cutting line L, a connected connection part C is cut. Thereby, the end material S1a can be separated surely. |
