PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition which has practically sufficient breaking strength as a vulcanized product, shows good balance between good fuel saving properties and wet skid resistance and is also excellent in wear resistance.SOLUTION: A rubber composition contains 100 pts.mass of a conjugated diene polymer (a) and 20-150 pts.mass of silica (b), and at least a part of the conjugated diene polymer (a) is bound to silica (b) to form a bound rubber. The rubber composition has a Gs of 0.40 or greater, determined by expression (1): Gs=Gt×Fs. In expression (1), Gt is the mass of the bound rubber to the mass of silica (b), and Fs is the ratio of restriction ingredients contained in the bound rubber. |
