An organic light emitting display panel packaging method, organic light emitting display panel and display device; the packaging method comprises: forming on a base substrate (1) a water and oxygen barrier layer (4) covering the entire base substrate (1) having an organic light emitting device (2) and a peripheral binding area (3); etching the water and oxygen barrier layer (4) on the base substrate (1) to at least remove the water and oxygen barrier layer (4) on a connector (31) in the binding area (3), but maintaining the water and oxygen barrier layer (4) on the organic light emitting device (2). The packaging method achieves a narrow-frame organic light emitting display panel.
