The invention relates to a device provided with an articulated arm actuated by means of an electrically or electronically controlled actuating system. Said device is able to pick up, lift and empty containers as a result of a working cycle which includes at least retracted, extended, gripping, lifting and emptying positions, and is able to pick up containers located either side of a vehicle, said articulated arm comprising a stationary vertical column connected to the vehicle, a first segment which is perpendicular to the direction of advancement of the vehicle and articulated in relation to the vertical column by means of a first articulation, and a second horizontal segment which is perpendicular to the first segment, with a gripping device on the end thereof. |
