The present invention is applicable to the technical field of terminals, and provides a touch operation method and apparatus for a terminal. The method comprises: acquiring a touch gesture input by a user on a screen; loading a display control in a first screen area corresponding to the touch gesture; loading a display interface of a second screen area in the display control; a display interface of the first screen area and the display interface of the second screen area at least having interface elements therebetween which are partially different; and acquiring an operation instruction input by the user in the display control, and executing an operation on the display interface of the second screen area in the display control according to the operation instruction. The present invention can effectively improve the touch operation efficiency of a terminal in the scenario where a user uses one hand to operate and control a large touch screen. |
