A component-imaging device (11) is provided with: a camera (31) having an imaging region that is preset along an imaging optical axis (A2); a laser illuminating unit (40) having an illumination optical axis (A1) that is tilted towards the imaging optical axis (A2) and that intersects the imaging optical axis (A2); an area-designating part for designating, in the Z direction, a plurality of imaging areas (310) in which, inside the imaging region, an electronic component (17) intersects a recognition surface, which is a surface orthogonal to the imaging optical axis (A2) and which passes through the point of intersection where the imaging optical axis (A2) and the illuminating optical axis (A1) intersect; a control part for controlling the camera (31), the laser illuminating unit (40), and the area-designating part, and obtaining a recognition image in the shape of a cross-section of the electronic component (17) at each of the plurality of imaging areas (310); and a generating part (28) for synthesizing a plurality of the recognition images obtained by the camera (31) and generating three dimensional data of the electronic component (17) including leads (L). |
