The present invention addresses the problem of providing a film for laminated glass which has good in-plane uniformity when processed in laminated glass, and which has excellent processing applicability to curved glass. The present invention also provides a laminated glass provided with the film for laminated glass. This film for laminated glass has an optically functional layer including a polymer on at least one surface of a resin film, and is characterized in that the heat shrinkage rate (S1) of the film for laminated glass and the heat shrinkage rate (S2) of the resin film after being left for 30 minutes in a 130°C environment are adjusted so as to satisfy formula (I) in the in-plane direction as well as in the direction orthogonal thereto.
