Provided is an adhesive tape preventing adhesion by aquatic organisms, having a high osmosis-suppressing effect together with making it possible to effectively inhibit the adhesion of aquatic organisms. This adhesive tape preventing adhesion by aquatic organisms is an adhesive tape containing an antifouling layer, base layer, and adhesive layer in that order, having a water vapor barrier layer between the antifouling layer and the base layer and/or between the base layer and the adhesive layer.
