The present invention provides an organic light emitting display apparatus for improving durability and user convenience, and a method for manufacturing the same. The organic light emitting display apparatus includes a substrate, a plurality of first electrodes which are separated from one another on the substrate, a second electrode which is arranged on the first electrodes to face the first electrodes, an intermediate layer which includes a light emitting layer interposed between the first electrodes and the second electrode, and island-type encapsulation layers which are patterned to be separated from one another on the second electrode. |
