PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packed coin dispensing device, a packed coin processing machine, and a packed coin dispensing method capable of determining whether or not packed coins exist in a storage part without installing the detection sensor of packed coins in each storage part, resulting in the reduction of manufacturing costs with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A packed coin dispensing device 1 includes: a storage part 10 configured such that a plurality of packed coins can be stored, and a dispensing mechanism 19 for dispensing the stored packed coins one by one is arranged; a dispensed packed coin detection part 84 for detecting the packed coins dispensed from the storage part 10 by a dispensing mechanism 19; and a control part 70 for determining whether or not the packed coins exist in the storage part 10 on the basis of the detection result of the packed coins by the dispensed packed coin detection part 84. |
