PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric apparatus with a permanent magnet embedded motor packaged therein, capable of improving a strength of a thin part between a cavity of a permanent magnet end and a rotor outer periphery by mitigating a stress generated in the thin part.SOLUTION: The electric apparatus with a motor packaged therein includes a rotor core 2, and a plurality of permanent magnets 4 disposed in a plurality of permanent magnet insertion holes 3 provided in the rotor core 2. A pair of cavities 5 are provided at both sides of the permanent magnet 4 in a circumferential direction. A thin part 7 is provided between the cavity 5 and an outer periphery of the rotor core 2. The cavity 5 includes round corner parts P1 and P2 at two positions at an outer peripheral side. A curvature radius of the corner part P1 is a half or more of a width t2 of the cavity 5 in the circumferential direction. A radial width of the thin part 7 in the corner part P1 is greater than a radial width of the thin part 7 in the corner part P2. |
