PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink for inkjet recording, which gives a formed image excellent in fastness without modifying ink physical properties, can respond to a high-speed printing such as a line head system, and shows excellent ejection stability of the ink in a thermal head system.SOLUTION: The ink for inkjet recording is used for an inkjet recording method, in which an ink is ejected from a recording head by an effect of thermal energy; and the ink comprises water, a pigment, a water-soluble substance, and self-dispersion type resin particles. The self-dispersion type resin particles are obtained by emulsion polymerization of a polymerizable monomer by using an emulsifier that has, in its structure, a water-soluble anion group or a water-soluble nonion group having a pKa of 3 or more. |
