PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately prevent a developer from being excessively discharged from a developer discharge port.SOLUTION: A development device 14 includes a development housing 140 in which a first conveyance path 160, a second conveyance path 162, and a third conveyance path 164 are provided. The first conveyance path and the second conveyance path are connected to each other, and a developer is circulated through the first conveyance path and the second conveyance path. The third conveyance path includes a developer discharge port 146, and is provided on the upstream side of the second conveyance path in the conveyance direction of a developer. Further, in an end part of the second conveyance path on the third conveyance path side, an annular-plate-shaped first regulation part 170 is provided. In an end part of the third conveyance path on the second conveyance path side, an annular-plate-shaped second regulation part 172 is provided opposite to the first regulation part with a prescribed gap therebetween. The developer that has overflowed from the second conveyance path to the third conveyance path is discharged form the developer discharge port. |
