PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flash memory capable of effectively protecting high-security information.SOLUTION: A flash memory includes: setting means that, when a specific command is input, sets specific address information in a nonvolatile configuration register 240, and sets the specific data in a hidden storage region. The flash memory also includes: a comparison unit 300 that compares input address information and the specific address information at the time of reading; and a control unit 310 that performs control to read the specific data set in the hidden storage region and delete the specific address if both of the address information match, and to read data stored in a memory array according to the input address information if both of the address information do not match. |
