PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device which is used for hardening, capable of preventing variation of refrigerant pressure in a piping, and cooling a workpiece in a uniform state.SOLUTION: A cooling device 100 comprises: plural pipings H3, H3 branched from headers 14 to which refrigerant from a refrigerant tank 10 is supplied; and injection nozzles 18 disposed on tip ends of the pipings H3, in which the cooling device 100 is used for hardening for spraying mist-state refrigerant from the injection nozzles 18 to a heated workpiece. The pipings H3 have a check valve 17, respectively, and the injection nozzles 18 are disposed on a vertical upper side of the headers 14, 14, 14. |
