PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for an inexpensive fishing rod blank having a finely finished surface without applying polishing or other work to the surface of a burned blank.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method, a cut prepreg 12 is wound on a mandrel 13 and is fastened by a molding tape 15. The molding tape 15 has a machine member 19 and a transcription agent 18. When the prepreg 12 and the molding tape 15 are heat-treated, the transcription agent 18 is transcribed to the surface of a blank 10 so that the surface of the blank 10 is finely finished. |
