PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder storage device that can prevent a developer from leaking from a gap between a rotating member and a developer storage chamber by using sealing members that can be retrofitted to the rotating member.SOLUTION: A developing device includes: a stirring member 50 that has a rotation shaft 50a having both ends pivotally supported by lateral plates inside a powder storage chamber and provided with flange parts 50c arranged opposite to the lateral plates; and sealing members 60 that each has the rotation shaft 50a penetrated therethrough between the lateral plate and flange part 50c and are compressed in the axial direction of the rotation shaft 50a to be fitted close to the lateral plate. The sealing members 60 each have a shaft hole 61, and a slit 62 that penetrates between the shaft hole 61 and the outer peripheral surface of the sealing member 60 and penetrates between one face to the other face of the sealing member 60 in the axial direction, and can be fitted to the rotation shaft 50a of the stirring member 50 through the slit 62. The slit 62 is formed to have at least a part between one face and the other face extend between different positions in the circumferential direction of the sealing member 60. |
