This invention relates to devices for pumping or dosing liquids. The present device comprises a working chamber having a working member disposed therein, said working member being made up of at least two parts, the first of which is an external part made of leucosapphire, the outer surface of said part being congruent with the inner surface of the working chamber, and the second part is situated inside an interior cavity of the first part and is capable of transmitting translational motion to the working member. The invention reduces the roughness of the surface of the working member, simplifies the process for replacing individual parts of the device and also extends the range of geometric dimensions of the devices that can be manufactured. |
