An anti-blue light mobile phone screen cover plate and a manufacturing method therefor. The cellphone screen cover plate comprises an anti-impact enhanced film layer (2), an anti-blue light film layer (3), a conducting film layer (4) and an anti-oil pollution film layer (5) on an outer surface of a substrate (1) from the inside to outside in sequence, and comprises an anti-impact enhanced film layer (6) and a conducting film layer (7) on an inner surface thereof from the inside to outside in sequence. The manufacturing method is to form an anti-blue light cellphone screen cover plate by respectively evaporating a film system on the outer surface and the inner surface of the substrate, and comprises the steps of: 1) cleaning a substrate; 2) drying the cleaned substrate; 3) cleaning the substrate once again in a vacuum chamber of an electron beam evaporator before film coating; and 4) conducting film coating on the substrate, the film coating of the substrate comprising: coating a film system on the outer surface of the substrate and coating a film system on the inner surface of the substrate. The anti-blue light cellphone screen cover plate has the functions of preventing harmful blue light and ultraviolet rays from hurting the human body, enabling a mobile phone user to use eyes more securely and being capable of preventing eye diseases, and also has anti-oil pollution, anti-impact enhancing functions. |
