PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar heat collection system capable of effectively preventing deterioration of properties of a heat medium, and further to provide a control device and a control method thereof.SOLUTION: A solar heat collection system according to one embodiment comprises: a solar energy collector heating a heat medium by sunlight; a heater heating fluid to be heated by the heat medium; piping for causing the heat medium to circulate between the solar energy collector and the heater; a temperature sensor measuring a temperature of the heat medium flowing from the solar energy collector toward the heater at a position closer to an upstream side than a first bent portion of the piping running from the solar energy collector toward the heater; and a control section controlling heating of the heat medium on the basis of the temperature of the heat medium measured by the temperature sensor.
