PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state image pickup device and an endoscope device that can reduce noise caused by variation of a power source voltage.SOLUTION: A first transfer part 102 transfers a signal charge during a first period. A reset part 106 resets the signal charge during a second period different from the first period. A selection part 108 outputs a first signal corresponding to the reset signal charge during a third period subsequent to the second period. A second transfer part 104 transfers the signal charge during a fourth period subsequent to the first period and the third period. The selection part 108 outputs a second signal corresponding to the transferred signal charge during a fifth period subsequent to the fourth period. After a first signal and a second signal associated with a first column of the arrangement of plural photoelectric converters 101 are output, a first signal and a second signal associated with a second column different from the first column are output.
