PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling system in which frost is hardly generated at heat exchanging metallic fins of a cooling device, cooling treatment can be carried out while it is kept at high humidity and an item to be cooled can be cooled without drying it.SOLUTION: There are provided a cooling mechanism 110 that is installed while a cooling mechanism upper surface, a cooling mechanism lower surface, a cooling mechanism front surface and a cooling mechanism rear surface are not closely contacted with an inner wall surface of a cooling chamber 150; and a blower fan 120 arranged to blow air toward the front surface of the cooling mechanism. A plurality of heat exchanging metallic fins are arranged while being crossed at a right angle with or slanted in respect to the cooling mechanism upper surface and the cooling mechanism lower surface under a state in which air permeability at the cooling mechanism upper surface and the cooling mechanism lower surface is assured. Circulation flow of blown air got by a blower fan blown from the blower fan is regulated to flow along any one of or both the cooling mechanism upper surface and the cooling mechanism lower surface. Air permeability is assured in advance at the cooling mechanism upper surface and the cooling mechanism lower surface so as to generate air permeable wind flowing in a vertical direction along the heat exchanging metallic fins in the cooling mechanism through this air blowing.
