PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce electric power consumption of a wheel side unit.SOLUTION: A tire condition monitoring device 10 includes: four wheel side units 20 each mounted on four wheels 12 of a vehicle 11; a reception unit 40 installed in a vehicle body of the vehicle 11; and a portable communication terminal 30 which a user of the vehicle 11 carries. The wheel side unit 20 has a wheel side transmitter-receiver circuit conforming to the BLE standard. The reception unit 40 has a receiving side transmitter-receiver circuit 42 conforming to the BLE standard. A reception unit controller 41 of the reception unit 40 keeps a standby state in the receiving side transmitter-receiver circuit 42 after receiving an advertising signal. A standby state is a state allowing receiving a signal transmitted from the wheel side transmitter-receiver circuit. |
