PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric fan device capable of increasing an air volume as compared with conventional technique when a vibration body is used as a fan blade.SOLUTION: A width direction dimension of a vibration plate 11 orthogonal to a thickness direction of the vibration plate 11 and a vibration direction of the vibration plate 11 is constituted so that a width direction dimension W1 of a blade forming part 9 is larger than a width direction dimension W2 of a portion to which a piezoelectric element 19 is fixed. A portion of a metal foil layer formed on the blade forming part 9, that is, a fourth metal foil portion 17D, is patterned so that a center region R1 in a width direction of the blade forming part 9 is more easily deflected than regions R2 and R3 on both sides of the center region R1. |
