摘要 A system for matching an employer with a job seeker implemented with a processor and memory including a set of instructions executable by the processor. The instructions may be executable to configure the processor to create an initial job posting profile, process a review of the initial job posting profile, create a final job posting profile, process answers from job seekers in response to survey questions related to attributes of the job seeker, create a job seeker profile, and compare a job seeker profile with a final job posting profile to create list of top job seekers. The final job posting profile may include attributes, where an attribute may include an intensity level applied thereto. The intensity level of an attribute in final job posting profiles may be compared to an intensity level of an attribute as indicated in job seeker profiles to create the list of top job seekers.
