摘要 The present invention relates to: an expression vector comprising a polynucleotide encoding shRNA for allowing the RNA interference (RNAi) of glucoamylase expression; a recombinant microorganism into which the expression vector and a gene encoding a target protein are introduced; and a method for manufacturing a target protein using the microorganism. Through the present invention, the expression of the target protein can be increased in the conditions where glucoamylase is inhibited through the RNAi mechanism, without removing genes by substitution, in Aspergillus niger, and thus an industrially useful target protein can be mass-produced. In addition, a target protein can be produced in the conditions where only glucoamylase gene is silenced, without removing particular genes that may influence the expression of the target protein.
