PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measure in which, a conventional structure formed by combining plural case materials which achieve stable assembly quality is not changed, and thickness of the cases has to be hardly changed, case intensity can be improved, and occurrence of a gap due to deviation of a case mating surface caused by impact due to falling or the like and case damage on a mating surface can be inhibited.SOLUTION: A rotation drum for packing at least a spring for taking-up therein, and a measurement tape is wound around its surface is supported rotatably in a case, and a mechanism part of a measure is stored, in a mechanism part case body 4.
