Provided is an ultrasonic flowmeter that makes increased excitation signal amplitude and enhanced reception sensitivity possible. An ultrasonic flowmeter according to the present invention is characterized by being provided with at least two ultrasonic oscillators on both a transmission side and a reception side disposed at a prescribed distance from each other on the outside of a tubular body through which fluid flows and in that the two or more ultrasonic oscillators disposed on the transmission side are driven so as to press the tubular body with essentially the same pressure and the amplitude of ultrasound is increased. Additionally, an ultrasonic flowmeter according to the present invention is characterized by being provided, between the tubular body and the ultrasonic oscillators, with alignment members for conversion to an ultrasonic signal suitable for measurement, and in that the alignment members are provided with a curved surface or groove at a contact surface with the tubular body. |
