Provided are a cell noise estimation method and system and a relevant device, which are used for improving the accuracy of noise estimation and improving the demodulation performance. The method specifically comprises: acquiring a load indication value of a current cell, wherein the load indication value of the current cell is at least used for indicating whether there is a downlink data service in the current cell; acquiring a load indication value of a neighbour cell when the load indication value of the current cell indicates that there is a downlink data service in the current cell, wherein the load indication value of the neighbour cell is at least used for indicating whether there is a downlink data service in the neighbour cell; and performing noise estimation according to the load indication value of the neighbour cell.
