The present invention relates to an Albatrellus fletti extract and, more specifically, to a composition for treating or preventing obesity comprising an Albatrellus fletti alcohol extract, which is effective in treating and preventing obesity, as an active ingredient. The composition comprising an Albatrellus fletti alcohol extract of the present invention as an active ingredient inhibits pancreatic lipase activity and digestion and absorption of body fat, thereby being helpfully used for treating or preventing obesity.
