PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve crack resistance and wear resistance.SOLUTION: A polyurethane rubber member contains polyurethane rubber having at least one crystal-derived endothermic peak P1 having an endothermic peak-top temperature of equal to or higher than 80°C and less than 120°C obtained by differential scanning calorimetry, a peak heat quantity of equal to or more than 1 mJ/mg at the endothermic peak P1, and a peak heat quantity of equal to or less than 0.5 mJ/mg at a crystal-derived endothermic peak P2 with an endothermic peak-top temperature of equal to or higher than 120°C. A cleaning blade uses the polyurethane rubber member for forming a part in contact with a member to be cleaned at least.
