PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for transmitting a data block in a wireless communication system.SOLUTION: A method comprises the steps of: determining the number of bits (s) and the number of encoders (N) to allocate to one axis of a signal constellation; encoding an information bit on the basis of the s and the Nand generating a coded block; parsing the coded block on the basis of the s and the Nand generating a plurality of frequency sub-blocks; and transmitting the plurality of frequency sub-blocks to a receiver.
